The Platinum Cymbal is an advanced, high-power-density servo drive that provides top performance, advanced networking, built-in safety, a fully featured motion controller, and local intelligence, ideally suited for Extreme Environments.
The Platinum Cymbal ultra-high current servo drive delivers up to 270A @ up to 60VDC, 240A @ up to 80VDC, 210A @ up to 100VDC, and 100A @ up to 200VDC. This advanced high-power density servo drive has up to 17 kW power in a 674.54 cm3 (41.19 Inch) compact package 92 x 141 x 52 mm (3.62″ x 5.55″ x 2.05″).
These advanced, high-power-density servo drives provide top performance, functional safety, STO models, advanced networking, as well as a fully featured motion controller, local intelligence, and safe and regular IO options.
The Platinum series was designed to meet the evolving needs of OEM designers for smarter, smaller, faster servos with enhanced functionality and ease of use. Platinum drives aim to assist machine and robotic manufacturers in creating better machines through both superior motion control and utmost safety.
